About the role

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload in Chandler, AZ. You will regularly review session data, interpret outcomes, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families. We offer a competitive pay package, a Monday–Friday full-time schedule with no weekends, and a supportive environment guided by a Clinical Manager who assists with scheduling and caseload management.
