Business Development Manager — Affiliate NetworkRemote | Full-time or Part-Time AvailableWe are a growing affiliate network focused on lead generation campaigns mainly home services, insurance, but work along education, sweeps, final expense, health, etc. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to find and recruit advertisers, lead buyers, agencies, and strategic partners. You’ll handle outreach, sales calls, negotiations, and campaign launches while working directly with the founder.**
What You’ll Do: * Find and recruit new advertisers and lead buyers* Build relationships through email, Linked In, calls, and industry communities* Lead sales calls and negotiate campaign terms* Help launch campaigns and grow existing accounts* Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up**
What We’re Looking For: * Experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation* Familiarity with CPC, CPL, CPA, pay-per-call, or ping/post campaigns* Experience/knowledge in home services or insurance is strongly preferred * Strong English communication and sales skills* Comfortable working independently with world wide partners* Existing industry relationships are a major plus Experience with platforms such as Everflow, TUNE, CAKE, Ringba, and/or other tracking platforms is helpful!(Willing to train the right candidate)**Compensation* Competitive monthly base based on experience* Commission on profitable accounts you bring to the network* Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role**To Apply Send us:* A short introduction* Your affiliate or lead-generation experience* Verticals and platforms you have worked with* One example of an advertiser or partnership you personally brought in* Your location, availability, and compensation expectations You can email internal@uconvertmedia.com with the details above + resume attached
