Administrative Assistant ILocation: Pennsauken, NJ Duration: 6 months Coordinate site visit logistics for customers, suppliers, or VIPsOrder and ship needed supplies. Input raw material receipts into SAPWork with supervisors to ensure timecards are being populated accurately Answer the phone and door Enter information resulting from maintenance work into PM system Run the overtime reports Run the document management system, ensuring documents are reviewed on the required frequency, updating as needed, and general upkeep of the document system. Serve as the double check on shipping loads to ensure accuracy Experience with document management system 2+ years of administrative experience in a dynamic environment Demonstrated ability to utilize computer software (systems used are Microsoft Office, intra/internet, etc.)Professional and customer service-oriented demeanor Experience with SAP preferred Demonstrated initiative and outstanding time management Attention to detail is very important At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
