Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities: Wastewater Treatment Design & Engineering:

• Lead the design of wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer systems, and pump stations, ensuring compliance with EPA standards and local regulations.
• Example: Spearhead the design of a wastewater treatment facility optimizing processes for compliance, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Hydraulic Modeling & Analysis:
• Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for wastewater systems using tools like EPANET, WaterCAD, and GIS.Example: Manage hydraulic modeling for a sanitary sewer system to ensure optimal wastewater flow and stormwater management.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams:
• Work with project managers, environmental engineers, and construction teams to deliver innovative water infrastructure solutions.
• Example: Coordinate with environmental engineers to integrate sustainable practices into stormwater management projects.
• Field Support & Site Visits:
• Perform site visits to monitor project installations and resolve engineering issues, ensuring design fidelity and regulatory compliance.
• Example: Conduct on-site inspections during the installation of a pump station to ensure proper execution and compliance.

Requirements: What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment design, sewer transport systems, hydraulic modeling, and pump station design.

Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland required, or ability to obtain licensure within the first year.

Preferred Skills: Experience with LEED-certified projects or other environmental certifications. Expertise in sanitary sewer overflow control, stormwater management, and hydraulic modeling for complex water infrastructure projects. Remote/Hybrid Work Flexibility:
