Job Description: Anodizing Racker - 2nd shift Pay $17.00 per hour
Job Description:
Responsible for preparing aluminum parts for the anodizing process by properly loading, securing, spacing, and inspecting parts on racks. Ensures proper electrical contact and rack capacity while maintaining safe, efficient, and organized production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and secure aluminum parts onto racks for anodizing. Ensure proper spacing and electrical contact between parts. Inspect parts for proper placement and quality before processing. Follow rack setup and loading procedures to maximize efficiency. Unload and handle finished parts safely after coating. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Identify and report damaged, improperly racked, or defective parts. Meet production, quality, and efficiency standards. Safely handle materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
