About the role
Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Court Operations Associate will manage court clerical work related to orders processing in Civil and Family matters, including Guardianships/Conservatorships, while working primarily onsite at the courthouse with potential for flexible scheduling and remote work.
Key responsibilities:
Perform varied court clerical work involved in order processing using MNCIS and other related systems
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with local, state, and federal statutes and court rules
Assist Judicial Officers with access to court documents and maintain the accuracy of court records
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of relevant job experience, including customer service or administrative work
Knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology
Ability to adhere to policies and procedures related to Civil, Family, and Guardianships/Conservatorships
Competence in using electronic tools, including Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
