About the role
To support its Digital Experience Practice, the full-time Group Engagement Manager will manage sales planning, customer prospecting, and relationship management while working remotely across the US.
Key responsibilities
Create business unit specific sales plans and review account strategies to ensure growth
Identify and qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and lead negotiations to close large deals
Manage relationships with C-level client contacts and oversee account mining and operations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, or 16+ years of experience in sales/relationship/account management
Significant business development and project management experience, particularly with large deals
Proven track record of building relationships with C-level clients
Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading presentations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a diverse IT and business consulting background
