About the role
Tract Capital is seeking an Associate on the Project Development team to drive end-to-end data center development from site acquisition through disposition. You will coordinate across investments, legal, engineering, procurement, leasing and construction to keep projects on schedule. The role requires 2-4 years in data center or infrastructure development; Bachelor's degree, JD/MBA/MSRE preferred. Location options include New York, Morristown, NJ, or remote with travel roughly 25%.
