This pivotal role is focused on amplifying the CEO's and SLT's effectiveness, particularly in the areas of time management, decision-making, and execution. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and execution lead, with a strong background in digital and e-commerce, advertising, and marketing operations. As the company is on a clear path to significant revenue growth, the role is designed for an individual who can seamlessly operate between strategy and action, and who is AI-native and tech-savvy, with experience in tools and environments that are at the forefront of AI technology. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff/COO include translating the CEO and Board's vision into actionable plans, driving cross-functional initiatives, and preparing the CEO for various engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in D2C customer acquisition and retention, e-commerce, performance advertising, and digital marketplace strategies. They should also have a passion for the company's culture, which may include interests in e-learning, online training, sporting goods, health, wellness, fitness, or biohacking. The role requires a professional with 7-12+ years of experience supporting CEOs in fast-scaling SMBs, a strong understanding of GTM and TOMs, and a history of scaling companies with a significant headcount.
