Job TitleKey Functions: Perform multiple tasks to include inspection, cleaning, masking, grit blasting, glass bead peening and coating of components Application of plasma HVOFAbility to use hand tools Ability to correctly use measuring devices (i.e. micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)Ability to follow, interpret and act on written and verbal job instructions, reports, technical manuals and data Operate coating booths as required Practice and ensure good shop safety practices Monitors tool and equipment calibration Input process data into system Perform other duties as assigned
Work Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of previous thermal spray operation experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully communicate with others
  • Ability to follow material control processes
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Work Environment:
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to operate fork trucks
  • Able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
