Role Overview Clark Hill PLC is seeking a Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience for its Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy business unit in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL. Responsibilities Management of all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including monitoring bankruptcy case dockets, preparing proofs of claim, first day motions and simple pleadings. Handling commercial bankruptcy proceedings and maintaining a working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Conducting corporate record and multi-state lien searches (a plus). Qualifications Proactive, highly organized professional who demonstrates initiative, thoroughness, and the ability to manage complex matters independently. Excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Paralegal certification preferred; bachelor’s degree also preferred but not required. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (full-time schedule). Annual discretionary bonus.
