LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a professional Administrative Assistant for our Healthcare client located in the Nashville, TN area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations.
Location: Nashville, TN. (Downtown)
Compensation: $28-$30 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Type: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to a busy office and executive team members Schedule meetings for executive team, coordinate conference room, and maintain team calendars Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence as needed Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials as needed Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, records, and databases Maintain filing systems and ensure records are organized and up to date Process invoices, expense reports, and other administrative documentation Order office supplies and coordinate vendor requests as needed Monitor department shared inboxes and distribute communications appropriately Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to support business operations Welcome visitors and provide general office support as needed Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Qualifications 3+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, or related experience Proficiency in Share Point and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
