Pay Rate Range: $18.25 - $20.40/hour Depending on Experience Job Type: Full Time Work Location: In-Person Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage multi-phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Epicor ERP software system. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents. Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives. Assist other customer service and management with any office requirements. Provide clerical support such as excel spreadsheet entry and proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence with customers and suppliers. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to keep the workspace well-stocked. Offer exceptional customer support by addressing order inquiries promptly and professionally.
