What you’ll do Engage new prospects, qualify leads, and close protection plans.
Simplify choices and recommend coverage that fits needs and budgets.
Manage a clean pipeline with consistent outreach and follow‑ups.
Deliver positive experiences on phone, video, and in person.
Serve your community with advice that protects families and assets.
What you bring Drive, professionalism, and follow‑through-goal-oriented and coachable.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Interest in a sales career (experience helpful, not required).
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license after hire (current licenses = plus).
