About the Opportunity: If you’re ready to take ownership of projects from the first bid to the final punch list, this role is built for you. We’re a well-established electrical contractor in theCleveland area, known for high-quality work, a collaborative culture, and a focus oncommercial, institutional, and light industrial projectsin our local market. You’ll combine the precision of anEstimatorwith the leadership of aProject Manager, overseeing jobs cradle-to-grave. No massive corporate red tape—just a team that values accountability, teamwork, and results.
What You’ll Do: Prepare competitive, accurate estimates using Accubid (preferred) or similar softwareManage awarded projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality targets are metCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crewsOversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reportingDeliver projects that build trust, repeat business, and pride in craftsmanshipWhat You BringExperience:5+ years in electrical construction estimating and project management (commercial, institutional, light industrial)
Technical Skills: Proficient in Accubid estimating software (preferred) Industry Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction—not low voltageLeadership:
  • Track record of taking full ownership of projects, from bid to completionWork Style:
