Job Posting Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. producer of Yellawood brand Pressure-Treated Pine is seeking forklift operators for 2nd shift (M-F, 3p-11p). This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and full benefit package.
Essential Duties: Use pedals to go forward and backwards as well as be able to navigate a warehouse. Be able to use hydraulic controls to lift, tilt, and shift product for stacking or movement. There are many departments that utilize forklifts, some examples are listed below: Unloading trucks and placing product into the warehouse. Loading for production Moving product around the warehouse. Loading trucks for logistics to ship to customers. Education and/or Experience: · High School diploma or GED preferred · Must have previous forklift experience · Lumber experience a plus!
