We are seeking a Sr. Account Supervisor to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate has healthcare PR experience and is an overall PR generalist who can help manage implementation of multiple programs for a large biopharmaceutical client. This position is fully remote and requires minimal travel. What you’ll do: Oversees implementation of account programs, delegating appropriate assignments to team members, owning key tactics and managing deadlines Has exemplary follow-through and execution skills Maintains regular team and client contact Provides framework for tracking and measuring client results; markets back to clients Strong writer and editor Responsible for exceptional client service and account management activities for healthcare and/or pharma accounts Experience implementing media, digital and social media influencer campaigns a plus Demonstrated experience as a team leader, spearheading integrated, agency-wide efforts on client deliverables. Drive flawless and timely project execution and high-touch client communications Develop draft of presentations, creative briefs, PR materials and other internal/external communications Ensure client feedback is gathered, understood and addressed as appropriate across deliverables Participates in development of clients’ Communications strategies and tactics; collaborates with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure consensus around tactics’ scope and approach Support overall account development, fiscal performance and growth Partner with functional area-experts within the agency in support of integrated Communications campaigns Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet day-to-day deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial agency environment. Requirements: Bachelors degree, preferably in communications or public relations Minimum 6+ years of experience in the pharma, biotech and healthcare setting – on the agency or client side. Experience working at a healthcare PR agency Understanding of healthcare and regulatory environment Highly organized, mindful of deadlines, able to multi-task and work under limited supervision Strong work ethic, high energy, with a track record of following through with high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget in a fast-paced, growing, and changing environment Has managed budgets and supervised at least one account employee Solution-minded; embraces new methodologies Thinks strategically Sam Brown is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, disability, or sexual orientation.
