Welder | $18.00 | Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pmWhat matters most Pay is $18.00 per hour Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm Located in Sciotoville, Ohio Temp to Hire opportunity Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit or Pay card Job Descriptionthe leading U.S. manufacturer of prestressed concrete railroad ties, turnout ties, and crossing panels for freight and passenger railroads. The welder is responsible for performing welding, fabrication, and repair works on production equipment, machinery, steel components, and manufacturing fixtures used in the production for concrete railroad ties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Stand for 8+ hours per day Ability to pass a welding test
- Perform MIG, Stick, and other welding processes are required
- Fabricate, repair, and modify steel structures, equipment, and production fixtures
Operate welding equipment, cutting torches, grinder, and other fabrication tools Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment Knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and equipment repair Strong mechanical attitude and troubleshooting skills Benefits and Perks $18.00 per hour plus weekly attendance bonuses available No weekends Referral bonuses

The base salary range for this position is $18.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
