About the Role:
Sentinel Limousine Inc Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reservationist / Dispatcher / Travel Counselor to join our team in Warwick, RI. This dynamic role puts you at the heart of our operations, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, first-class transportation experience from booking to arrival.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently to meet scheduling demands and client expectations Serve as a travel counselor by advising clients on transportation options, routes, and services Monitor real-time flight arrivals, delays, and schedule changes to adjust dispatching accordingly Maintain accurate trip logs, client records, and reservation databases Communicate proactively with drivers and clients to ensure on-time performance Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and customer concerns with professionalism
Requirements:
Prior experience in dispatching, reservations, customer service, or transportation coordination preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with scheduling software, booking systems, or similar dispatch tools Familiarity with the Warwick, RI area and surrounding regions is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional, calm demeanor with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
