This position ensures the quality appearance and upkeep of property buildings and grounds in order to maintain its overall appeal to future and current residents.
Essential Functions:
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary
  • Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless
  • Clean model apartments on a regularly scheduled basis
  • Clean the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis; or as scheduled by the Property Manager
  • Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
