About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care / Service Solutions Representative for a long-term contract opportunity paying $25–$35 per hour. This position will assist customers with service requests, coordinate equipment repairs, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. The role involves communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams while managing multiple service requests from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Coordinate service requests and equipment repairs. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor open service tickets and follow up on outstanding requests. Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Handle customer escalations professionally. Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and service documentation. Manage multiple priorities while providing timely customer updates.
Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Comfortable learning new systems and processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software is a plus. Previous customer service, technical support, or service coordination experience is preferred but not required. Must currently reside in Ohio and be able to commute to Solon, OH, three days per week.
