What You'll Do: Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including scheduling, compliance, and sales execution. Oversee cash and inventory controls, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company SOPs and state regulations. Drive visual merchandising, online/kiosk menu accuracy, and in-store promotions that delight customers. Coach and develop team members through daily feedback, performance management, and leadership mentoring. Handle escalated customer concerns and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
