Salary Range: $8.00 To $8.00 Hourly Major Food Group, the team that brought you Carbone, is hiring experienced Captain Assistants to join our team at ZZ's Miami ! ZZ's is a private membership club by Major Food Group designed for individuals who appreciate the highest caliber of dining and service, with a collection of amenities unlike anywhere else in Miami.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience. Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety. Check tables throughout service times for Member satisfaction, and assist in resolving guest issues.
REQUIREMENTS: Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual. Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service. Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays). Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs. Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
