Manage Delivery Milestones
Track timelines and deliverables to ensure development efforts align with architectural standards and technical specifications.
Leverage Metrics for Growth
Identify and monitor key performance indicators to optimize software delivery and continuously improve team productivity.
Coordinate Release Management
Direct release planning, deployment processes, and version control to maintain platform stability and smooth user transitions.
Own the Full Development Lifecycle
Guide teams through requirement gathering, technical design, development, QA testing, and final rollout, ensuring consistency and clarity at every step.
Enforce Quality Assurance Standards
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards and rapidly address development issues or bottlenecks.
Define, document, and evolve best practices, tooling standards, and development protocols to raise the bar on technical excellence.
Drive System Optimization
Improve application performance, scalability, and data security through architectural improvements and infrastructure enhancements.
Cultivate Knowledge Sharing
Encourage a learning-focused environment through mentorship, peer reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Administer Departmental Budgets
Allocate resources strategically and monitor spending to ensure fiscal responsibility while achieving project goals.

Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
12+ years of progressive experience in software development or engineering
8+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role
Deep knowledge of modern development frameworks: .NET, NodeJS, React, React Native, Angular
Hands-on experience deploying enterprise solutions like ERP and CRM platforms
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams with cultural sensitivity
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with a record of driving transformation and high-performing team cultures
