About the role
- Own outbound. Identify and reach target accounts, personalize every approach, and build a pipeline from scratch, with LinkedIn as your main channel.
- Build a public presence. Post regularly, comment where our buyers are, and grow a following that makes inbound conversations happen on their own.
- Show up on camera. Short videos, live demos, and face-to-face video calls with prospects.
- Run the first conversation. Qualify the prospect, understand what they actually need, and demonstrate the platform.
- Move deals forward. Follow up, handle objections, coordinate with the founder on anything complex, and close.
- Work your market. Adapt our message to local buyers, and tell us what you learn about what lands and what does not.
- Keep your pipeline clean. Track every conversation so we both know where things stand.
- Who we are looking for:
- A natural on camera and in public. Comfortable posting, being visible, and putting your name and face on the work. This is the single most important requirement.
- Warm and persuasive in writing. Your outreach messages have to sound like a person, not a template.
- An established personal LinkedIn profile.
- Self-directed, Ambitious, and Motivated.
- Some sales, business development, marketing, or creator experience. You do not need a long resume. A track record of getting strangers to reply matters more than years of experience.
- Comfortable with commission-only pay while we prove the model together. This will change in due time.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
