Job Title: Covert Financial Operations ManagerLocation: Manassas, VA
Duration: Permanent (Full-Time)
Job Description: We’re seeking a Covert Financial Operations Manager to support the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Office of Export Enforcement (OEE).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, reconcile, and monitor undercover/covert bank accounts and financial transactions
  • Maintain secure, confidential, audit-ready financial records and transaction traceability
  • Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, controls, and risk-mitigation strategies
  • Manage ERP, accounting/financial-tracking systems, QuickBooks or comparable platforms
  • Analyze transactions, identify anomalies, and support field agents with financial dataRequired:
  • 5+ years supporting undercover, covert, sensitive, or compartmented operations within government, law enforcement, intelligence, or regulatory environments
  • Experience with non-attributable/alias-based financial accounts or instruments
  • Experience working within need-to-know/compartmented structures
  • Background in forensic accounting or financial investigations
  • Strong judgment balancing operational flexibility, compliance, and financial accountabilityPreferred: CPA, CFE, CIA, or comparable certification.
