About the role
SRIM in Texas provides Heartful Care to residents. This role supports self-administration of medications, assists with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence.
You will engage residents with empathy and clear communication across care levels, and contribute to a dignified atmosphere. Daily duties include dining service, leisure activities per the calendar, safety, and timely reporting of health or emotional changes.
