Digital Marketing Specialist | AI-Focused 501(c)(3) | Washington, D.C.Are you a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys managing campaigns from concept through launch and optimization? An AI-focused nonprofit organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital campaigns across email, web, paid advertising, and social media while helping strengthen the organization’s digital infrastructure and audience growth.
Responsibilities: Manage digital campaigns across email, web, paid advertising, and social media channels. Build, segment, deploy, and analyze email campaigns using Hub Spot. Create and maintain landing pages, campaign pages, forms, and website content in Word Press. Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns through setup, optimization, tracking, and reporting. Create Hub Spot forms, embed digital assets, and test user experiences across platforms. Troubleshoot website, formatting, and digital workflow issues independently. Track campaign performance and report on engagement, conversions, and audience growth.
Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, advocacy, campaigns, public affairs, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Word Press, Hub Spot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar marketing platforms. Strong knowledge of website management, landing page creation, form integrations, and basic troubleshooting. Experience executing multi-channel digital campaigns from concept through launch and reporting. Ability to test digital user flows, identify issues, and implement solutions with minimal supervision. Strong writing, editing, project management, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and rapid-response needs.
