About the role
Seeking a part-time Low Voltage Telecom Instructor, the candidate will deliver instructor-led training for students pursuing entry-level to mid-level careers in low voltage and telecom, while maintaining student progress records and supporting individualized learning plans in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct daily instruction and assessments, providing one-on-one tutoring and monitoring student progress
Maintain and update training curricula, lesson plans, and classroom materials while ensuring students have access to relevant resources
Collaborate with the training team to identify student needs and establish individualized plans for achievement Required qualifications 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
Strong technical background with the ability to convey complex subject matter
Proficiency in digital engagement platforms such as Zoom for live instruction
Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant certifications
Core certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA), or specialized cabling certification (e.g., BICSI Installer)
