About the role
WM is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance operations and lead a 9–10 person team across a ~45-truck fleet in Manassas, VA. The position starts at 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
The role drives profitability through cost control, preventive maintenance, and uptime optimization while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with operations leadership is essential.
