Job Description: Are you looking to earn extra money this holiday season? We are partnering with Taylor Corporation in North Mankato to hire Seasonal Machine Operators starting immediately through December! No prior machine operating experience? No problem—our client provides full training! If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, we will pair you with the right equipment and team to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities: As a Seasonal Machine Operator, you will perform hands-on print production tasks such as: Loading paper and materials into digital printing presses. Operating foil-stamping equipment to customize holiday cards. Precision cutting paper sheets down to specified card sizes using computer-guided cutting tools. Feeding envelopes into automatic stackers and sorting lines. Operating entry-level printing presses for holiday cards and custom envelopes. Running letterpress orders on designated production machinery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 0–1 years (Entry-level candidates strongly encouraged to apply!).

Education: No degree required.

Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and a quick willingness to learn new equipment. Work Ethic: Strong attendance, flexibility, and the ability to read and follow written work instructions. Schedule & Shifts
