What You'll Do:
  • Support daily operations for both the Lounge and Bottle Shop, including opening/closing procedures
  • Lead and mentor team members through training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through hands-on service, wine education, and personalized hospitality
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks for wine, merchandise, and supplies
  • Step in to support wine club operations, special events, and seasonal winery activities
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and ensure operational excellence across all guest-facing spaces
  • Collaborate with Kitchen Manager and department heads to provide seamless service
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or tasting room settings
  • Knowledge of wine and wine service preferred; winery/tasting room experience a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Dependable, organized, and highly motivated
  • Computer proficiency (POS, scheduling, inventory systems)RAMP Certification (must be maintained throughout employment)
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing/walking for 10+ hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
