Job Description:
Perform patient registration, admissions, transfers, and discharges. Prepare, organize, and maintain patient charts and medical records. Enter and update patient and birth registration information accurately in the DOH eVital system. Manage visitor access according to hospital/unit policies. Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, typing, and other general clerical duties. Complete and process birth certificate, Acknowledgment of Parentage (AOP), and PKU documentation. Maintain unit census, logs, records, and required documentation.
