About the role

The Rock Creek Foundation in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Assistant Director to assist the Director of DD Services with day-to-day operations of DDA programs and staff oversight. You will supervise House Management, Residential Coordinators, Day Program Counselors, and 1:1 aides while driving training, licensure, and plan development. You will ensure compliance with CARF, COMAR, and state/federal regulations and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.
