About the role

GovCIO is seeking a Deputy Regional Service Delivery Manager for User Experience Lead (SME) to ensure services align to customer outcomes and maximize value. You will collaborate with customers throughout the period of performance to deliver an end-to-end, customer-centric experience and help define XLAs with measurable satisfaction. The role is onsite across multiple locations and generally reports to a Program Manager.
