About the role
To support group client relationships, the full-time New York Licensed Sales Representative will sell and service products remotely while building strong partnerships with brokers and consultants to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
Independently sell and service products to group customer accounts, maintaining and growing the book of business through upsells and renewals
Advise broker/consultants on technology platforms and enrollment solutions tailored to client needs
Develop new business opportunities by initiating and maintaining strong relationships with carrier representatives
Required qualifications:
At least one year of professional work experience
Life and Health License
Experience in Employee Benefit, Payroll, or Ben Admin sales is preferred
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
