About the role

TDK/Headway Technologies, Inc. in Milpitas, CA seeks a FIB/SEM Engineer to perform sophisticated material characterizations and failure analyses of device structures. You will prepare TEM lamella samples, execute high-resolution SEM/STEM imaging, and contribute to metrology and process improvements for magnetic recording technology.
