Job Description: Accent Title is a fast-growing real estate title company known for its welcoming culture and dedication to its clients. Accent Title seeks a friendly and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage the front desk, answer phone calls and help with basic office tasks.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors with a helpful, professional attitude. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls on a multi-line phone system. Sort and send incoming and outgoing mail or packages. Keep the reception area, conference rooms and other public areas clean and tidy. Keep track of office supplies needed for ordering. Basic data entry in real estate software.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or office administration. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Strong communication and people skills. Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
