Maintenance Technician - 2nd and 3rd Shift New Berlin, WI
Pay:
$35-40/hour based on experienceA growing food manufacturing company in the New Berlin area is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift openings. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are looking for individuals with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience who enjoy solving problems and keeping equipment running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery and equipment Perform preventative and corrective maintenance Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Work on conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated equipment Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety and food manufacturing standards Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or related industries Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motor controls and production equipmentPLC troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to work independently and within a team environment
