About the role
Monarch Investment is seeking a Groundskeeper to join the Arbors of Grandview team in South Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities include maintaining lawns, driveways, parking lots, and common areas, assisting with minor repairs, and helping prepare apartments for new tenants.
