About the role

CityMD is seeking a Patient Service Representative to warmly welcome incoming patients and deliver outstanding customer service. You will register patients, coordinate intake, and ensure timely patient flow while handling insurance questions and paperwork with accuracy. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with EHR and patient management systems is preferred; bilingual candidates may be advantageous
