Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor for Innovative Community Health Services

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client. Provide individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults using secure video conferencing and phone platforms, adhering to best practices in telehealth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and community services, to offer comprehensive care that promotes positive patient outcomes. Document all patient interactions meticulously and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accessible. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will serve a diverse patient population comprising adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects individual backgrounds and promotes inclusivity. Your expertise will help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications: A valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, or a Doctoral degree in psychology. Demonstrated ability to engage compassionately with clients and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in maintaining thorough documentation and managing your time effectively while delivering patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably within a community health or clinical setting. Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with ethically delivering mental health services via digital platforms. Skills in various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually.
