Job Full Description? ? Now Hiring: Front Office & Leasing Coordinator!??Are you friendly, organized, and dependable??? Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly? If so, we'd love to have you join our team!??
What You'll Do: ? Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and text? Answer and manage multiple business phone lines??? Assist with leasing questions, payments, and account information??? Schedule customer communications via text and email??? Prepare daily bank deposits??? Organize electronic and paper files??? Assist with online auctions??? Provide administrative support to our office and bookkeeper??? Learn and use our office and leasing software???
What We're Looking For: ?? Excellent customer service and communication skills?? Professional, friendly, and dependable attitude?? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities?? Experience with Microsoft 365, Word, and basic Excel???? Comfortable using Windows-based computers????? Good typing and word-processing skills???? Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams???? Quick Books experience is a plus? (but not required! We're happy to train the right candidate??)?? Why You Might Love This Role:?
