Requirements: We’re seeking a Medical Director who is passionate about compassionate care and ready to lead. This role balances hands‑on clinical work with leadership, mentorship, and collaboration. Lead and mentor associate veterinarians Balance patient care with management and operational oversight Partner closely with the Practice Manager to support strong business practices Ensure regulatory compliance and high professional standards Collaborate with Blue River Pet Care on administrative, capital, and HR matters
Ideal Candidate: DVM/VMD licensed in Utah (or eligible)DEA license in good standing 5+ years of clinical experience Confident leader with a passion for teaching and mentorship
