About the role

Community Healthcare Network seeks a Staff Physician/Famil y Medicine physician to deliver evidence-based primary care at our Long Island City Health Center in NYC. You will care for patients of all ages within a collaborative team. A valid NYS medical license and residency in Family Medicine are required; one year of post‑graduate experience in primary care is expected. Prenatal and women’s health procedures are a plus as we serve underserved communities.
