About the role

Epic Care is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP/PA) to work with an Endocrinologist at our San Leandro and Dublin clinics. You will provide follow-up care for endocrine disorders, including diabetes, and manage medications for glucose, BP, and cholesterol while collaborating with the care team. Ideal candidates hold an NP or PA credential with a Master of Science in Nursing and California licensure, plus specialty certification.
