About the role
Well respected financial services company has a great position for a college grad with two years office experience. This position is an extremely visible and integral part of the Company's operations. Meet and greet top level executives and VIPsSchedule multiple conference rooms ensuring availability, etc. Coordinate presentations, lunches, materials, etc. for all meetings,, lunches and conferences Respond to email and phone requests in a timely and gracious manner
Qualifications:
a Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of solid experience working in an office in an administrative and/or receptionist capacityability to multitask and follow up with strong attention to detailexceptional communications skillsgracious, friendly and professional demeanor Onsite five days per week.
