As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and bringing complex programs to life. Position Summary The Account Executive serves as a trusted partner to assigned clients and is responsible for managing meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs, and special events from initial planning through onsite execution and post-program reconciliation. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, hotels, vendors, and internal team members to ensure every program is delivered seamlessly and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s objectives, culture, and expectations. Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and support business development initiatives. Program Planning and Execution Lead the planning and execution of corporate meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs, and special events. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and production schedules to ensure successful program delivery. Coordinate all program elements from concept through completion, ensuring a seamless attendee experience. Travel as needed to support client meetings, site inspections, and onsite event execution. Hotel and Vendor Management Source hotels, venues, destination management companies, and other vendors based on client objectives and program requirements. Negotiate favorable contract terms and pricing on behalf of clients. Establish and maintain strong relationships with supplier partners. Attendee Logistics and Management Coordinate attendee registration and communication efforts. Oversee travel logistics and program-related communications. Manage program details to ensure a positive participant experience before, during, and after each event. Financial and Administrative Management Develop and manage program budgets. Monitor contracts, invoices, and program financials to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget objectives. Prepare proposals, planning documents, client presentations, reports, and post-event summaries. Maintain organized and accurate program records and documentation. Qualifications Experience in meetings and events, hospitality, incentive travel, account management, marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional client relationship management abilities. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness and ability to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with hotel sourcing and contract negotiations. Familiarity with event technology Experience in meetings and events, hospitality, incentive travel, account management, marketing, or a related field.. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Salary range = $75,000-$80,000 plus bonus opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
