Brokerage Clerk Brokerage Clerk / FTZ Specialist EP Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Brokerage Clerk with Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) experience to support customs brokerage and trade compliance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with FTZ processes, import/export documentation, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
Pay Rate:
$14.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Employment Type: Temporary to Hire Responsibilities: Process and maintain import/export documentation. Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Review shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork for accuracy. Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, customers, and internal departments. Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems. Assist with customs entries and trade compliance activities. Monitor shipments and resolve documentation discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. Provide administrative support to brokerage and logistics teams as needed.
Qualifications:
FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) experience required. Previous brokerage, customs, logistics, or international trade experience preferred. Knowledge of customs documentation and import/export processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently. Previous experience as a Brokerage Clerk, Brokerage Specialist, Import/Export Clerk, or Customs Brokerage Clerk.
Required:
Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) experience. Knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures, import/export documentation, and compliance requirements.
