About the role
- Perform high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti and Nissan vehicles
- Accurately document and complete repair orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of factory technical bulletins and procedures
- Mentor junior technicians if applicable
- Ensure shop safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and other team members
- Infiniti or Nissan factory training preferredASE certifications strongly preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Nissan/Infiniti-specific experience strongly desired)
- Strong knowledge of electrical and diagnostic systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
